LILLIAN FORD

OFFICE MANAGER/BILLING SPECIALIST

Lillian has been working in the behavioral health field for over 20 years, and is experienced in all aspects of managing a psychology office.  Her primary role at Treasure Valley Psychology is overseeing all insurance verification and billing. She is a retired military Senior Non-Commissioned Officer, and moved to Boise in 2004, shortly after her retirement from a 24-year USAF career.  She enjoys many of the outdoor activities to be found here, especially biking, hiking, or running on the greenbelt and trails surrounding Boise.

PATIENT CARE SPECIALIST

As a patient care specialist, Rachél is one of our primary points of contact for all things related to patient care support. Rachél has lived in Idaho her whole life, and loves all the state has to offer. Rachél strongly believes in the power of good mental health care, and that everyone can benefit from accessing help when needed. When not at work, her life revolves around chasing after an active toddler and spending time with her family.

ALENA MALDONADO

PATIENT CARE SPECIALIST

Alena is a Patient Care Specialist who enjoys connecting with others and helping people feel comfortable and welcomed. She believes that even a small positive interaction can make a difference in someone’s day. When it comes to mental health, Alena values empathy, self-awareness, and giving ourselves the same patience and understanding that we often give to others. Outside of work, Alena enjoys spending time with friends and family, playing guitar, working on creative projects, and, of course, spending time with her cats.
