LILLIAN FORD
OFFICE MANAGER/BILLING SPECIALIST
Lillian has been working in the behavioral health field for almost 20 years, and is experienced in all aspects of managing a psychology office. Her primary role at Treasure Valley Psychology is overseeing all insurance verification and billing. She is a retired military Senior Non-Commissioned Officer, and moved to Boise in 2004, shortly after her retirement from the USAF. She enjoys many of the outdoor activities to be found here, especially biking, hiking, or running on the greenbelt and trails surrounding Boise.
MELISSA CHRISTENSEN
PATIENT CARE SPECIALIST
As a patient care specialist, Melissa is one of our primary points of contact for all things related to patient care support. She is an Idaho native and has spent her life participating in the many outdoor opportunities the Treasure Valley provides. She loves exploring new places with her husband and is always up for a road trip. She has a Bachelor’s in Psychology and is excited to be part of a process that can bring clarity and healing to others.
RACHÉL FROST
PATIENT CARE SPECIALIST
As a patient care specialist, Rachél is one of our primary points of contact for all things related to patient care support. Rachél has lived in Idaho her whole life, and loves all the state has to offer. Rachél strongly believes in the power of good mental health care, and that everyone can benefit from accessing help when needed. When not at work, her life revolves around chasing after an active toddler and spending time with her family.
